Innovation Social Club (ISC) is a global innovation and technology ecosystem connecting entrepreneurs, investors, founders, researchers, developers, innovation leaders, and high-tech companies across Israel and internationally.
Founded in the Shfela region of Israel, ISC was created to strengthen collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and business opportunities within the local and global tech ecosystem. The community brings together professionals from diverse sectors including artificial intelligence, deep tech, venture capital, entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and innovation leadership.
What began as a local initiative driven by the need to create stronger regional connectivity and opportunities for entrepreneurs has evolved into an active global network focused on collaboration, ecosystem growth, strategic partnerships, and future technologies.
Over the years, I have built strong local and international relationships across the venture capital and innovation ecosystem, helping connect startups, investors, corporations, and innovation stakeholders. The community actively supports business development opportunities, collaborations, professional growth, and ecosystem-driven innovation initiatives.
ISC operates through meetups, strategic collaborations, expert communities, technology discussions, innovation programs, and ecosystem-building activities designed to create real-world impact and long-term value.

Serving as an advisor and steering committee member at the Czech Israeli Technology & Innovation Forum (CITIF), supporting strategic collaboration between the Israeli and Czech innovation ecosystems. The forum focuses on strengthening international partnerships across emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, research, investment, and industry innovation.
Contributing to ecosystem development, cross-border innovation initiatives, strategic networking, and opportunities connecting startups, corporations, investors, academia, and government stakeholders. The role includes supporting technology-driven collaborations in areas such as artificial intelligence, deep tech, digital transformation, and future-focused innovation.

Led the development of a global innovation ecosystem for entrepreneurs, startup experts, investors, and innovation leaders through the ThinkUp digital accelerator platform. Joined the company as its first employee and played a key role in shaping operational processes, community infrastructure, ecosystem strategy, and platform growth from the ground up.
Built and managed an international network of over 100 entrepreneurs, experts, mentors, and thought leaders across the global innovation ecosystem, creating strategic collaborations and knowledge-sharing opportunities to support startup growth and ecosystem expansion.

WomenTech Network events are invitation-only, focusing on networking, speed-meetings, interviews and exploration while connecting female tech talent like engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers and other tech-roles with opportunities at companies that share the same values and put diversity as their top priority.

The Adelson School of Entrepreneurship (ASE) at the IDC Herzliya provides students with the training, expertise, and resources needed to launch the next generation of successful Israeli ventures, while strengthening and cultivating the country’s startup ecosystem.
ASE offers undergraduate and graduate-level experiential learning that combines academics with hands-on entrepreneurship opportunities beyond the classroom.

The group has existed since 2015 and works to develop entrepreneurial-technological education in local authorities:
Providing access to a variety of entrepreneurs, development of local industry and jobs for students and professionals, growth and personal development of the residents in the professions of computing, technology, and entrepreneurship.
An association registered since 2018 under the name SmartCity .
The overarching goal of the founders is to enable the high-tech culture to reach the authorities in which the association operates.
As young people, who work and drive the high-tech industry, and venture capital, we believe we must promote a situation where young people have a way to develop personally and create employment and professional enrichment near home.
