   Project description  

Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship : Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art is the first of its kind to offer a business acceleration program for ventures and research, supporting and assisting ventures in the early stages to make the significant leap in development and enable them to mature and access external funding sources.   The unique acceleration program provides significant initial funding for the first breakthrough of ventures / research, while integrating advanced methodologies from the worlds of startups. The participating enterprises receive close and personal guidance from the program staff, in addition to meetings with various entrepreneurs, consultants and content experts. At the end of the program, they take the stage at Shenkar's annual Demo Day and present to the community of investors and stakeholders the projects they have developed.

WE is a non-profit organization that promotes women for entrepreneurship. WE aspires to help, guide and inspire young women to fulfill their entrepreneurial potential by providing hands-on tools, and practical skills and through creating a supportive community. WE offers exclusive entrepreneurship programs, workshops, lectures, exposure to role models, networking, mentoring and like minded community.

                         Project description                      As part of Safe@home Hackathon, We assembled a team of strong and determined women led by Moran Weber.

In exceptional teamwork and sleepless days, We created a product that we see as a milestone in raising awareness of the real state of domestic violence.

#I_was_there is an initiative raising awareness of violent relationships.
We have set up a site that is a repository of evidence from abusive relationships that will be a home for anyone who wants to share her or his story, and for anyone who wants to learn from this experience further.

Our goal is to allow deeper recognition of the complex processes and identification of early signs.
To inspire, listen, and feel belonging to those who have been there, and to know how to support and exit ways from destructive connections.

Creating growth in Women's health technological developments & Femtech industry in Israel

Project description

EVE Femtech is to build and grow the Femtech ecosystem in Israel, to increase the amount of Women's health technologies .

My project was focusing on Creating a growth in Women's health technological developments in Israel

Femtech refers to software, diagnostics, products, and services that harness technology, including any digital or standard health tools such as: wearables, mobile applications, AI, IoT, Etc. to improve women’s Healthcare.
Femtech ecosystem are : Aspiring entrepreneurs with great ideas regrading women healthcare, entrepreneurs already leading a startup in the field, professional experts, mentors, investors and companies that are selling women health-related products.

EVE offers Femtechers (entrepreneurs with technological ideas relating to women healthcare) a comprehensive custom-tailored package, containing end-to-end tools needed to maximize their startup’s potential to fundraise money and start activity.

Lior Boker's hackathon - National Resilience For Israel - an event born of disaster and aimed at growth.

50 mentors, about 200 enrollees, 17 groups participating in two tracks: cracking and developing technologies aimed at saving lives.

The overarching goal of the event was to connect emergency security organizations through technological innovations, to that end, we explored the authentic needs of all relevant bodies through relevant mentors and representatives.

The aim was to bridge the gap between the existing and what is desirable in the field in emergencies in order to act in the best possible way and In memory of the late Lt. Gen. Lior Boker who perished in the Carmel disaster a decade ago and in memory of those who perished in the Carmel disaster.

As a first swallow, we set off with the Virtual Acton

First of its kind to promote gender equality

For three days, teams of entrepreneurs, women and men, virtually met, engaged in the search, creation and development of practical solutions that will advance the field of gender equality.

Their goal was to offer practical and workable solutions for accelerating SHEvyon through one (or more) of the predefined challenges.

The teams were accompanied by a professional mentoring team from various fields that helped the groups arrive at an accurate product.

The results of the projects were passed on to the judging panel, which consisted of senior officials and executives at the top of the political, business and public spheres.

The teams that will continue to work on the projects will be given the opportunity to connect with potential implementation partners in order to implement the plans.

A  unique conference that puts your economic development at the center

A personal acceleration track in which each one receives a variety of tools and information for occupational, economic and personal acceleration.

The conference participants were sent a unique preview kit from Ushia, a network of leading women, and the founding CEO, Dr. Michal Hamo Lotem, author of the book and initiator of the 'Leadership 3.0' program.

With appreciation each built for herself a future picture, a personal goal, and an action plan. 

This process helped to choose the workshops and lectures of the conference so that they would help pave the way forward. 

To deepen the connections and expand the network of connections a community was established
